Bent Creek

Tucked in an irregular area south and east of 164 th and Blondo Street is Bent Creek, a popular family neighborhood of two story and ranch homes priced in the low to mid $200,000’s.  Most homes in the development were constructed in the early 1990’s and now display mature landscaping.  Entrances to the community and other public spaces are beautifully planted and maintained by the Landscaping Committee of the Bent Creek Homeowner’s Association.
